Liver Care Canada offer a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to liver disease from screening to treatment – with a particular interest in the cure of hepatitis C. This app makes it easy to record your symptoms, lab reports, moods, medications, and more, as you take control of your liver condition. Choose what you want to track to build your own personal health summary “My Storylines”. Learn more about your health, and share more – safely and securely – with your doctor about what happened between visits.
